Accessibility statement

Glasgow Drive Academy wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with visual, motor, auditory, or cognitive impairments.

What we have done

  • Text and background colours throughout the site are built to meet the WCAG AA contrast standard.

  • Every interactive element (links, buttons, form fields) is reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.

  • Every meaningful image has descriptive alternative text for screen readers.

  • Page structure uses semantic HTML headings in a logical order, so screen reader and keyboard users can navigate the content predictably.

  • The site respects your device's "reduce motion" setting wherever animation is used.
