Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you book a driving lesson or course with Glasgow Drive Academy.

Bookings

A lesson request submitted through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking - a lesson is only confirmed once the instructor has agreed a specific date, time, and price with you directly by phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Prices

Prices shown on this website are per-hour or per-package rates for lessons, and may be updated from time to time. The price agreed for your course at the time of booking is the price that applies to that course.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please give as much notice as possible by contacting the instructor directly. Specific cancellation notice periods and any associated charges will be agreed with you directly when your course is booked.

Conduct and safety

Lessons are provided in a dual-controlled vehicle for your safety and the instructor's. You must hold a valid UK provisional (or full) driving licence to take lessons, and must inform the instructor of anything that could affect your ability to drive safely.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
