Glasgow Drive Academy ("we", "us") provides driving lessons in Glasgow. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you submit a lesson enquiry or booking request, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, driving experience, and any message you add. We do not collect anything beyond what you type into that form, and we do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts of any kind on this website.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose only: to get back to you about the lesson or booking you asked for, by phone, email, or WhatsApp. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party, and we never use it for marketing you did not ask for.

How it is stored

Enquiry details are stored in a secure, password-protected database. Confirmation and notification emails are sent through Resend, a transactional email provider. We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and keep a record of bookings, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email info@glasgowdriveacademy.co.uk.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
